Missions

Missions at Sea

The central Mediterranean is the world's deadliest frontier. Mare Jonio, Mediterranea Ship and Safira sails regularly between Libya and the Strait of Sicily to monitor the area and rescue people in distress. We view human life as sacred, to be saved at all costs.

Land Missions

Mediterranea Saving Humans is present where there is need, not only at sea: from our commitment in Trieste, a city that has always been a border city, to our work in Ukraine to bring aid and medical support to the population affected by war. All the way to Palestine where we have launched a monitoring and analysis project on human rights violations in the Masafer Yatta region.
